This program keeps dog owners accountable and helps keep our community clean. All dogs on our grounds are DNA swabbed so that any pet waste left will be tracked to the dog owner.

Included in rent is our convenient self-service, 24-hour pet spa! Here there are 2 large stainless steel tubs and blow dryers with ramps all designed to make washing your pet as easy and comfortable as possible!

$35 monthly pet rent (per pet)

$75 one-time fee for doggy DNA swabbing (dogs only)
$300 deposit for dogs above 1 year old

A full month's of rent deposit for puppies under a year old

$400 deposit for 2 pets

On-site our tenants enjoy a large fenced in dog park with benches for you to sit and watch your dog as well as free waste bags.

There is a maximum of 2 pets per unit. We require all dogs and cats to be either spayed or neutered. All cats must use nail caps. If the cats are not declawed, the security deposit will be an additional full month's rent. Although we love all dogs, certain breeds are not permitted:
